Find Doug in the Collector's Room, and you might get a prize!!! A new feature has been added to the Clubhouse. Doug is on a mission to collect gems. Find him and he'll ask if you have a certain gem he is searching for. If you have it and are willing to trade, he'll give you a gift. Here is what you will see:

First, here is the spoiler announcing the new feature.



To begin, go to the Clubhouse and enter the Collector's Room.



When you enter the Collector's Room, you will see Doug. He is hard to miss!



When you click on Doug, he'll ask if you have a gem he is looking for.



Click on Yes to accept. Doug will tell you what gem he is looking for and how many of that gem you have.






If you want to trade, click ok. Doug will let you know what he has given you in exchange.



If you don't want to make the trade, this is what Doug will say:

Congratulations on the volcano, Cocoa! I heard that the volcano can sit on top of a table or pedestal. Then it can be like a science project!!! LOL!! The ol' dog has been rotten to me. Look what he offered the last time:



My last three times I have received kinzcash. I hate to give up gems for that! Maybe he'll be kinder next time.

We have more than one pet going through to see Doug, but for now, we are just taking the ones who are on level 3 or better. After that we will take the others on through. I don't have many gems it seems. I have been selling them as 1 Crown of Wonder was fine for me. I don't go see Doug daily because of this. My daughter got the wallpaper. I can't wait for that. We are only on level 5 with one pet. Jeff got the mining hat last night.

I am as far as the small collector trophy on one account. The other accounts I am ready for wallpaper but keep getting kinzcash. Hopefully today I will get over that hump! I spend way too many gems on the early foods and am now running low on common gems. I have to remember that I don't HAVE to have it all right now!! LOL! But I want it NOW!

Ugh! Kinzcash isn't fun... that's what Quizzy's is for! Fortunately, I still haven't been offered any, I'm not really sure why. Everyone else has! Speaking of Doug, I should probably log on and see what I get for today!

I am finally up to the Gem Collector's Certificate on one account. If only my rare gems will hold out until I get the throne. How is everyone else doing on their gem hunt? I read "An Air of Mystery" with my grandsons last night. I didn't realize it was about Doug. It was fun and they liked the story.

For now, I am just mining away and then I will go back to tracking Doug. The last time he once again gave me KC when I should have gotten the wallpaper.

I just got my fountain today! :o Woohoo! I'm sooooo happy!
